Zoho Mail Review

Email HostingBudget

Zoho Mail is a budget-friendly email hosting service that has carved out a solid reputation among small businesses, startups, and individual users. I’m beginning this review as I set up Zoho Mail for my root@kevopstech.com email address, and will update it as I gain more hands-on experience.

Initial Setup

Getting started with Zoho Mail involves signing up for an account, verifying your domain, and creating your first mailbox. The process is straightforward, with a clean onboarding wizard that guides you through DNS record updates for MX, SPF, and DKIM settings.

First Impressions

The Zoho Mail web interface is minimalistic and responsive, focusing on delivering core email functionality without unnecessary clutter. Even on the free tier for one domain, the feature set is surprisingly generous, including a sleek webmail interface and mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Next Steps

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be testing Zoho Mail’s performance, spam filtering, integration capabilities, and overall reliability for day-to-day use. This review will evolve as I document my findings and real-world experiences.
